Do you feel safe
being who you really are?

Perhaps you grew up in a religious tradition that no longer fits you, or no tradition at all, and you're seeking a connection with something greater than yourself.
It's your birthright
to be seen, be loved
and belong.

If you haven't guessed already, helping you feel safe and at home in your own skin is a passion of mine.
It’s our birthright to be seen, be loved and belong. But that's not always our experience, especially for women-identified, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA2S+ folks.
Our nervous system determines when and where we feel safe. It's not a conscious choice, it's an automatic survival response based on our life experience. I'll help you learn to work with your nervous system so you have tools and skills to feel safer. With a greater sense of safety comes a greater sense of freedom. And a greater ability to connect with others and the world.

Respect is an essential component of feeling safe enough to change. I believe that everyone I work with is competent and capable, even if you're not functioning at your best. I'm not here to fix you because you're not broken.
I am here to be as useful as possible to you. That comes from both of us listening carefully to what you want for your life, building on positive changes, and working on whatever's getting in the way by using your mind and body as a resource.
If your identity has been marginalized or you belong to more than one culture, it can be challenging to reconcile who you are with others' expectations of who you should be. Together we can find ways to help you feel whole wherever you are and whoever you're with.

I know things are working when my clients come alive—with recognition, energy and enthusiasm.
Burnout drains the satisfaction from your life.
Genuine connection allows you to blossom with hope, ideas and creativity. No longer trapped by fear and exhaustion, you can move forward with power, purpose and fulfillment.
Life doesn't magically get better. There are still challenges. But you are better. More skilled, more resourced, more connected to yourself and to the people in your life, living and dead. Better able to face all that life brings.
Give yourself the chance to reflect on what you want, take small steps and feel change happen.
Give yourself the chance to come home to yourself.
